Thank you to TasteMade Studios for inspiring us with their “Slacker Shake.” My good friend, Ruby, and I decided to make our shake a little healthier by making it dairy-free & gluten-free. There are only two ingredients in this shake and it took just seconds to make! Don’t forget to check out the FUN HOW TO VIDEO that we made for this recipe!
This is an easy and delicious shake to make whether you use soy, almond, or cow's milk.
8 mini soy ice cream sandwiches
1 cup soy milk (unsweetened or sweetened)
Place 8 unwrapped mini soy ice cream sandwiches in blender
Add 1 cup soy milk (regular milke may be substituted)
Pack soy ice cream sandwiches into blender with a mixing spoon
Blend for 10-15 seconds*
*If sandwiches are not blending, you may need to press them further down into your blender with a mixing spoon.
Pour into glasses & enjoy!
