RESOURCES: Candy Dips by Wilton bought at Vons. We also tested this recipe with white Ghirardelli chips. Gluten-free pretzels available at most Whole Foods. Decorating Pens available at Amazon, Sur La Table, Surfas.
TIPS: Candy Dips or Melts worked better than the white chocolate chips. Made for a smoother and whiter coating. If you do use white chocolate chips be very careful to not over heat chips. They get too hard to mix or dip if you do that.
